Primary Care group seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their outpatient clinic in Seaford, Delaware! This group is a local Delaware based primary care provider serving the greater Sussex County area. Physician Owned and Physician Led - Partnership Opportunities available at 4 total locations with 23 total employees. Group has been in business over 25 years.

Provider's Role with the Company:

• Family Medicine Physician
• Location: Seaford, DE (50 mins from Dover)
• Outpatient primary care in the clinic setting Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. 100% outpatient. Call: 1 in 6 weekend call. Video or Phone call only.
• Estimated Patient Volume: 25 per day Patient Age: 18+

Responsibilities:

• Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
• Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team.
• Collaborate with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
• Provide high-value care; demonstrate good stewardship of resources and consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
• Document all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.

Background Profile:

• Family Medicine Physician
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family / Internal Medicine
• Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Delaware MD or DO licensure
• J1 or H1B sponsorship if necessary
