Bilingual Onboarding Specialist (English/Spanish)

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the pre-employment and onboarding process from offer acceptance to day one. You will confirm screenings, collect documentation, and coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring managers to ensure new hires are cleared to start. You will maintain onboarding records, monitor outstanding requirements, communicate status updates, and support rehires while contributing to process improvements.
