This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative therapies to healthcare providers within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the rare disease landscape, experience in specialty sales, and a proven track record of building meaningful customer relationships. Youll play a critical role in shaping how we support healthcare professionals and the patients they serve./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales goals./liliEducate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of our immunology/rare disease product(s)./liliIdentify, target, and engage key stakeholders including specialists, hospitals, infusion centers, and patient advocacy groups./liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services teams to support patient access and education./liliMaintain deep knowledge of disease state, product, competitive landscape, and evolving treatment guidelines./liliEnsure all activities are conducted within compliance guidelines and company policies./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred; life sciences or related field preferred./liliAdvanced clinical degree such as PharmD, PA, or NP is a plus./lili3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales experience; experience in immunology, rare disease, or specialty biologics strongly preferred./liliStrong clinical acumen with the ability to discuss complex scientific information./liliProven success in a complex selling environment and ability to navigate matrixed organizations./liliExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills./liliWillingness to travel within the territory as needed./li/ulh3Preferred Skills/h3ulliPrevious experience launching a new rare disease product or indication./liliStrong understanding of patient access and reimbursement pathways./liliFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and digital sales platforms./liliExperience working with patient advocacy organizations./liliAbility to interpret and communicate scientific data to both clinical and non-clinical audiences./liliAdaptability and resilience in a rapidly evolving environment./li/ulpIncyte Corporation is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer./p/div
