Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments or community activities
- Follow individualized support plans and house guidelines
- Document services and report incidents or changes in client behavior
- Support positive behavior strategies as trained to maintain a safe environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Hartford, CT
- Prior caregiving, direct care, or related experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass background checks and complete onboarding requirements
- Competitive starting pay: $18-$20/hour, DOE
- Full-time, permanent employment with consistent hours
