Smith Personnel is hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing opportunity with an auto parts Corporation in Grand Prairie, TX 75051

Pay: $15.00 per hour

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or mechanical assembly.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble engine components and machinery parts according to established procedures.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report quality or equipment issues.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Lift, move, and transfer heavy materials manually or with equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production records and monitor material/stock levels.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Meet production priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar role.
• Entry Level OK
• Spanish speaking OK
• Basic mechanical assembly knowledge.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment.

Preferred Experience

• Engine or mechanical assembly experience.
• Experience working with internal combustion engine components.
• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.
