About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Patient Experience to provide enterprise leadership in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of patient and family experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive system-wide strategy that advances patient-centered care, improves patient experience outcomes, and supports the organization's aspiration to be a premier health system. This role involves establishing and upholding system-wide standards, performance expectations, and improvement strategies that enhance the experiences of patients and families across various care settings. The AVP will also oversee patient experience programs, measurement and reporting, and lead initiatives to ensure that patient experience priorities are integrated into quality, safety, access, and operational improvement strategies. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' leadership experience in patient experience, healthcare operations, quality improvement, or a related area. A strong background in leading enterprise-wide improvement initiatives with measurable patient experience outcomes is essential. The role requires a leader who can partner with various stakeholders to identify performance gaps and implement sustainable improvement strategies. Experience in patient experience analytics, survey methodologies, and performance measurement is necessary, with a preference for those who have worked with patient experience platforms. The ideal candidate will also have certifications such as CPXP, CCXP, or equivalent, and a proven track record of fostering a culture of service excellence and patient-centered care.
