State of Location Virginia Job Description Clinic Director & Licensed Physical Therapist (40 hrs/week) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Location: 10504 Wakeman Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 The Role As a Clinical Director at Ivy, you are providing exceptional patient care while also having the opportunity to grow and develop a team of clinical and non‑clinical teammates! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading others and still wants to keep their treatment skills sharp. Compensation $90,000–$115,000 annually — full salary paid even before your clinic opens Eligible for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan + Annual increases What Makes Ivy Different?
