We’re looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Recruiter to help grow our organization. If you love meeting new people, enjoy social events, and feel confident presenting to groups and individuals, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit candidates through daily outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Attend networking events, mixers, and company functions (some evening/weekend)
- Present our value proposition in both group settings and one-on-one meetings
- Visit multiple locations to maintain visibility and support leaders in identifying recruiting opportunities
- Build and manage a strong recruiting pipeline with consistent follow-up

Schedule Note
This role involves frequent evening events . Candidates should have a lifestyle that comfortably supports after-hours commitments.
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000
OTE: $100,000–$125,000 annually
Additional earnings potential available for high performers
