Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team on a contract basis. This assignment is expected to last approximately six (6) months, with the potential for extension based on business needs. The Contract Recruiter is a trusted business partner to our Hiring Managers, creating and driving a talent acquisition strategy that supports business needs and growth. The role collaborates with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identifies future hiring needs. Responsibilities include ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while building a strong talent pipeline and supporting hiring for all markets. This is an onsite/hybrid position located in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities Serves as a representative for company activities related to the recruitment and hiring of job applicants for our W2 and 1099 staffing needs. Works closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods, and develop/revise job postings, recruitment strategies, and competencies. Monitors active job postings both sponsored and on the company website. Actively participates in networking events and online platforms to maximize employer branding. Proactively seeks opportunities to implement innovative and creative methods to help drive an exceptional candidate experience and a more advanced and efficient recruitment process. Travels within the geographic operating footprint of the company to attend recruiting events including job fairs, community events, and other venues likely to result in positive recruiting outcomes. Determines the appropriateness of candidates through conversation via in-person or virtual engagement. Communicates with local leadership, onboarding specialists, and/or HR leadership about potential candidates. Utilizes social media networks and employee referrals to build out the candidate pipeline. Performs other comparable and related duties, as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience preferred. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
