This role ensures smooth execution of operational workflows by monitoring SLAs, resolving issues, and coordinating across stakeholders to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of student testing data and scoring processes.Your RoleMonitor operational workflows and service-level agreements (SLAs); proactively identify risks and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.Manage and resolve student data and scoring-related issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.Execute daily production operations tasks, including data validation, updates, and processing activities across multiple systems.Facilitate recurring meetings to review active issues, track progress, and align on resolution plans.Analyze operational reports and datasets to support troubleshooting and ensure data accuracy.Support end-to-end workflows, including batch processing, approvals, and exception handling.Partner with stakeholders to handle ad hoc requests, troubleshoot system or data issues, and provide ongoing operational support.Contribute to process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and testing support when required.Your Skills and ExperienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Experience in operational monitoring, issue management, and SLA tracking.Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.Tools & TechnologiesBOSSTOMSTIDEServiceNowMicrosoft Excel / Google SheetsMicrosoft TeamsAVD / Windows environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in production operations, testing environments, or education assessment systems.Familiarity with ticketing systems and workflow management tools.Exposure to data processing and batch operations.#LI-MS4The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
