HR Coordinator (Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage)
On-site: Eastvale
Compensation: $25 to $27 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume recruiting activities including candidate outreach, interview scheduling, assessments, and onboarding support.
- Manage the full recruiting administration process from initial candidate contact through hire and onboarding completion.
- Process and maintain candidate records, interview notes, hiring documentation, references, I-9s, and onboarding paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support a fast-paced recruiting team that interviews approximately 200 candidates per week.
- Coordinate multiple interview stages and serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure all candidate files and recruiting documentation are complete, organized, and compliant from start to finish.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and external contacts.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous HR, Recruiting Coordinator, Administrative, Customer Service, or Office Support experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and scheduling activities simultaneously.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS; Workday experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
