Responsibilities:

• Lead & Inspire Hospitality: Ensure guest satisfaction through unforgettable service, making everyone feel at home
• Motivate & Mentor: Lead, coach, and teach your team to reach their fullest potential in a supportive environment
• Boost Financial Performance: Build sales and maximize financial success for your restaurant while maintaining high hospitality standards
• Create a Service Culture: Promote a fun, positive, and family-oriented work atmosphere
• Drive Genuine Excellence: Excel in a culinary-driven environment with the freshest ingredients, clean kitchens, top-of-the-line equipment, and high operating standards

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience required in restaurant management or hospitality
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proven ability to mentor and train hourly team members
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide clear direction
• A dynamic presence—able to stay active and engage with both guests and team members
• Must be 21 years or older

Physical Setting:

• Casual dining restaurant with a family-friendly environment.

Schedule:

• Full time position with flexibility for day, evening, mid, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay (quarterly) and annual raises.

On 12.12.12 we began a journey together with the community of Hudson, Massachusetts. An idea to open a small flatbread shop evolved into something we could only dream about. From a core group of individuals we've grown to a family that extends throughout the Metrowest region.
