General Manager - Fast Casual Counter Service

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually plus bonus of $10K to $15K a year


Job Type: Full-Time (Open Availability: Days, Nights, Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop a management team (3-5 leaders) and a staff of 25-30 team members
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory
• Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong guest relationships
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused work environment
• Work a combination of opening and closing shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• 2-3 years of food service experience
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Strong professional references
