What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions that fit their lifestyle
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital inquiries, and community engagement
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within CRM systems
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Stay informed on BMW products, technology, and industry trends
• Collaborate with teammates to create an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For
