Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist in a LTAC/long-term care setting.
- Assist with implementation of plan of care, therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, and modalities as delegated by the PT.
- Support activities of daily living and mobility goals, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional activities.
- Monitor patient response to interventions, document progress, and communicate findings to the supervising PT and care team.
- Maintain safe patient handling, infection control, and adherence to facility policies; participate in discharge planning and team rounds as needed.

Requirements
- Active or eligible Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in Maryland.
- Experience or comfort working in LTAC or skilled nursing/long-term care environments.
- Ability to follow a treatment plan under PT supervision and collaborate with the interprofessional team.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to work the designated shift and meet guaranteed hours.
