Location: NYC - Midtown - Hybrid

Boutique law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Partner and other attorneys of the New York City firm. Great work/life balance – hybrid schedule, hours 8:30-5 or 9-5:30.

Responsibilities

• Manage busy email inbox, ever-changing calendars, and appointments
• Assist with client intake and serve as a professional, welcoming point of contact
• Coordinate and track multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines to ensure filings are completed accurately and on time
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents, including discovery materials
• Assist with drafting pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Draft and manage emails and other communications
• Assist with trial preparation and other litigation support
• Prepare and file documents with courts and other governmental agencies
• Perform other administrative and paralegal duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of EA support
• Legal, professional services, or finance industry experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
