What You'll Be Doing


As a Staff Accountant, you'll play an important role in serving clients across a variety of industries by:

• Preparing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and business entities
• Assisting clients with accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting needs
• Preparing financial statements and supporting workpapers
• Performing account reconciliations and maintaining general ledger accuracy
• Researching tax and accounting issues to support client engagements
• Responding to client questions and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely completion
• Building lasting relationships with clients and internal team members

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience , preferably within public accounting
• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns
• Understanding of GAAP and general tax principles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple engagements and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with tax and accounting software is highly desirable
