Industry Retail Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and expand its paid acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the paid media strategy and execution, managing a substantial annual advertising budget across various platforms, and driving efficient growth by optimizing key performance metrics. This role demands a professional with a data-driven mindset, capable of developing tailored strategies for each advertising channel, and experienced in creative strategy and development to ensure high-performing ad creatives. The ideal candidate will also be adept at testing and experimentation, particularly in the context of seasonal planning, and will have a strong understanding of subscription economics and LTV optimization. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in performance marketing, preferably within a DTC or eCommerce brand, and a proven track record of managing and scaling multi-million dollar paid media budgets. Deep expertise in platforms such as Meta, Google, and other paid acquisition channels is essential. The role requires a highly collaborative individual with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and a comfort level in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience in seasonal businesses and a focus on subscription and LTV optimization are also key qualifications. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be expected to lead a team, work closely with in-house and agency partners, and be at the forefront of driving the company's growth through data-driven, strategic decision-making.
