Office Administrator

Job Full Description

A fast-paced local company is looking for a versatile Office Administrator who thrives when working independently. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can wear many hats, move quickly, and manage real-time data entry to keep the office running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and send out invoices in a timely manner to ensure consistent cash flow
  • Enter customer orders into the system in real-time to prevent any logistics delays
  • Organize and maintain data across QuickBooks, Excel, Google Drive, and Cloud storage
  • Assist with filing, managing inventory records, and general office organization
  • Support the Office Manager with additional administrative duties as needed
  • Remain at a desk for the entirety of the shift to handle incoming digital tasks
What We Are Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Drive
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and switch between administrative projects quickly
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills for managing cloud-based data
  • A proactive mindset and the reliability to handle sensitive financial documentation
