You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. . Our ideal candidate is a DevSecOps Engineer who is a hard charging self-starter that can come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have an advanced understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.Responsibilities:In addition, you'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented team membersQualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field or 4 years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree5+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experienceDemonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engagement with virtual or remote teamsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of Kubernetes and deploying applications to Kubernetes clustersExperience with using Helm charts to deploy software to Kubernetes clusters (ie. Argo CD)Strong experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Gitlab, Jenkins, Github Actions, etc)Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, GitHub workflows)IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+)Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with required PolygraphPreferred:Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodologyFamiliarity with government risk management framework (RMF) processesExperience with container tools (Docker, Podman) and container orchestrationExperience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)Basic understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana or similarEHS/Environmental Requirements: This job operates in a professional office environment.
