Experienced Associate Veterinarian Wanted

Community Animal Hospital of RPB is looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our close-knit, family-oriented team in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Our hospital is a 37-year-old, two-story, standalone practice that has been thoughtfully renovated and upgraded in 2026. We have four exam rooms, a surgical suite, treatment area, wet table, and dedicated dental space. Recent improvements include new digital X-ray, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, dental equipment, surgical lights, and updates throughout the hospital.

We are AAHA accredited since 1990 and proud of the high standards we maintain for our patients, clients, and team.

Our caseload is approximately 90% small animal and 10% exotics, with opportunities to see walk-ins, minor emergencies, same-day appointments, and more. Doctors typically see around 20 patients per day, with 20-minute wellness appointments, 30-minute sick appointments, and 40-minute exotic appointments.

A Well-Supported Team

You'll be surrounded by experienced veterinary technicians, dedicated assistants, and a strong receptionist/client service team. Our doctor-to-technician/assistant ratio is approximately 23 support team members per doctor, with three team members currently pursuing their Penn Foster certifications.

Our team is BLS/ALS CPR certified and Trupanion certified, and we genuinely believe in supporting one another. We prioritize work-life balance, team outings, and a family-like culture where everyone steps in to help, celebrates each other's accomplishments, and comes together on challenging days.
