Responsibilities include documenting and reporting behavioral data, coordinating behavior support plans, conducting staff training, and facilitating team meetings to enhance client care. Additional duties involve reviewing rights restrictions, performing crisis intervention, assisting with client appointments, supporting the community, and fulfilling administrative responsibilities, including attending mandatory staff meetings. Requirements Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and implementing behavioral support strategies and plans. Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work Must complete 40 hours of in-service &/or professional development training annually Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology or social work
