Call Center Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to assist customers by phone, answer questions, provide information about products and services, and support customer engagement initiatives. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
