Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and dependable Call Center Agent to assist customers, respond to inquiries, and provide professional support by phone. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping people, identifying customer needs, and developing valuable customer service and sales skills. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional assistance. Provide accurate and helpful information based on customer inquiries. Assist with routine customer questions and concerns. Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs. Follow up with customers when additional assistance is required. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Assist with customer outreach and lead generation activities. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to team members. Support sales opportunities by providing product and service information. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer service and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Ability to remain organized while handling multiple responsibilities. Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
