As a Maintenance Contract Coordinator for KONE Americas in Denver, CO, you will provide specialized support to the Service Business and coordinate with sales and customers to ensure the accuracy of contracts and data being logged, maintained, and reported. Responsibilities Initiate ECMS requests via Salesforce. Manage the process for local and district maintenance contract requests from sales to KBS, including initiating, receiving, evaluating, and updating. Perform all data entry and activity requirements for maintenance contracts, equipment, and customer master data to be accurately entered into the SAP system. Manage the maintenance audit process. Perform maintenance contract quality checks and reconcile errors. Audit and maintain completeness and accuracy of equipment and customer master data. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience. High School education or equivalent. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Well organized. Customer service mindset. The hiring range for this role is $58,600 - $76,900. The compensation package will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the role requirements, business strategy needs, and other factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and location. KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
