JOB SUMMARY

Apex islooking to add a motivated Human Resources Intern for Summer 2026 to join our HR team onsite in St. Michael, MN! This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience supporting a range of HR functions, including onboarding, HR administration, recruitment, HR systems, records management, and employee engagement. The HR Intern will gain practical experience working with other HR team members in a fast paced, professional environment!

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support HR team members with diverse assignments including, but not limited to talent acquisition and management, employee relations, compliance, benefit and leave administration, training, organizational and individual development, reward and recognition, change management and process improvement.

• Demonstrate and support of Apex core values.

• Work on a variety of special projects as required related to the development and implementation of business needs and HR programs/initiatives.

• Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be entering junior or senior year of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or related program

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools

• Highly motivated self-starter and strategic thinker with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, team environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recruiting experience

• Experience working with HRIS systems
