Technical Program Manager, Apps Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager Apps Platform to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment. Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $365,000 – $435,000 annually. Responsibilities Own and manage the cross-apps platform roadmap, including sequencing and dependencies Drive alignment between platform engineering and app teams to meet consumer needs Identify and consolidate duplication into shared platform capabilities Establish and maintain operational processes, including planning and launch coordination Create program documentation such as roadmaps and status reports Facilitate technical decision-making by uniting stakeholders and resolving issues Coordinate cross-functional technical efforts across multiple teams Qualifications 5-7 years of technical program management experience Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs Experience with platform engineering efforts or shared services History of driving platform adoption across teams Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel workstreams Ability to thrive in unstructured, chaotic environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Hybrid work model with required office presence up to 25% Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
