Job Title: Sr. Packaging Engineer

Location: Sparks, NV / Fremont, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end packaging projects from requirements through implementation.
• Design protective packaging containers, dunnage, returnable packaging, and shipping racks.
• Develop CAD designs and technical drawings using GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis .
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, NPI, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Partner with suppliers on packaging development, qualification, quality, and delivery.
• Drive returnable packaging, sustainability, testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, risks, timelines, and engineering changes.
• Apply knowledge of machining, welding, injection molding, and materials including aluminum, steel, composites, and foam.
