Partner Attorney - Real Estate, Estate Planning Or Employment Law

Responsibilities / Scope Lead and grow a sophisticated legal practice in one or more areas aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities, including employment, real estate, estate planning, corporate/business, litigation, tax, regulatory, or other complementary practice areas. Serve as a trusted legal and business advisor to clients ranging from entrepreneurs and closely held businesses to executives, investors, developers, families, and multi-state organizations. Handle and oversee complex client matters within the attorney’s practice area, including transactions, counseling, negotiations, disputes, planning, regulatory matters, and strategic risk management. Expand and deepen existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities and collaborating across the firm’s practices to deliver integrated legal solutions. Work closely with colleagues in corporate, litigation, tax, regulatory, real estate, and other practices to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide coordinated, client-centered counsel. Mentor junior attorneys and legal professionals, contribute to the firm’s culture and leadership, and help shape the long‑term growth of the practice and firm. Qualifications Demonstrable portable book of business of at least $500,000 in annual collections, with established client relationships and a consistent record of originating work. J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Partner-level attorney with substantial experience in one or more relevant practice areas, including employment law, commercial real estate, estate planning, corporate/business law, litigation, tax, regulatory, or another practice complementary to the firm’s client base. Strong record of developing, managing, and growing client relationships, with the ability to articulate a credible plan for continued growth on the firm’s platform. Ability to independently manage sophisticated legal matters while delivering pragmatic, responsive, and business-oriented advice. Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset and interest in cross-selling, mentoring, and contributing to a growing, highly respected firm. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-management skills. Experience advising clients in highly regulated, entrepreneurial, middle‑market, real estate, healthcare, consumer products, emerging‑industry, or closely held business environments is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonar
