Available Shifts (Full-Time):

• Weekend Shift - Offering a unique schedule with built-in flexibility during the week:
• Work 24 hours on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM 5:30 PM)
• Plus 16 hours during the week (MondayFriday)
• You choose your weekday hours. Pick any shifts that fit your schedule
• Night Shift: Monday Thursday, 8:00 PM 6:30 AM

We're looking for a Production Team Lead to guide and support our Assembly Technicians in a hands-on manufacturing environment at our Springfield, TN location. In this role, you'll lead by example, keep your team on track, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a team of Assembly Technicians to meet production goals
• Ensure all work is performed safely and follows company standards
• Read and interpret work instructions, orders, and blueprints
• Assign tasks and clearly communicate expectations to team members
• Motivate and support your team in a positive, team-focused environment
• Provide feedback and coaching to help employees grow and improve
• Reinforce teamwork, accountability, and strong work habits

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support a team
• Ability to read, understand, and explain work instructions
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience

Preferred:

• Previous leadership or team lead experience
• Some college or professional training
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for extended periods
• Ability to kneel, stoop, and squat for extended periods
