What You'll Do
- Be the friendly, helpful face of the auction
- Deliver top-tier service with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Answer calls and guide customers with confidence
- Assist with front-counter checkout and payment collection
- Scan, file, and organize documents like a pro
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
- Make sure printers and office equipment are ready for sale day
- Support block clerks and help locate vehicles when needed
- Apply vehicle charges as directed
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
- Spot issues early and communicate them quickly
- Jump in wherever the front office needs support
- High School Diploma
- Previous office or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, self-driven attitude
- Computer proficiency
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods
