Speech Pathology - Marshall, MI

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active SLP license in Michigan (please be prepared to provide a screenshot as proof)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse and special needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site speech and language therapy services to K-12 students under IEPs and other academic plans
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention goals, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design effective strategies that support student success
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all special education compliance standards
