What You'll Do Perform apartment maintenanceandrepairs,and preventative maintenance Complete painting, drywall repair, finish carpentry, and general repairs Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems Prepare apartments for new residents Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovation projects Maintain the appearance and safety of apartment communities Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with residents Qualifications Experience in apartment maintenance, property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related trades Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance Own basic hand tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, dependable, and team oriented Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors as needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $20-$24 per hour Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Rotating on-call schedule with additional on-call stipend plus overtime compensation Low-cost health insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Annual performance-based raises Paid holidays Paid vacation Paid sick leave Company-provided uniforms Opportunities for advancement within a stable, growing organization Tri City Rentals is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tri City Rentals
