Benefits Competitive pay – Earn up to $100K with commissions Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance ($1,000) You will be eligible to receive a guaranteed $1,500 bonus for the first 3 months and a $750 bonus for the following 4-6 months, OR commission of gross margin (You will receive the higher of the two) 3-6% Sales Commission achieved on gross margin + $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin sale must be achieved) Employee pricing on all of our Prime Meats products Opportunities for growth and development within the company Referral Bonus Up to $300-500. Purpose Developing long‑term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Account executive works to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries promptly, and deliver a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long‑term success. Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain a profitable sales margin. Suggest applicable and relevant improvements to help customers with everything they need. Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them. Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times. Skills 2+ years of sales experience. Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required. Business acumen with a problem‑solving attitude.
