Greater Midland
Greater Midland is seeking a Member Service Specialist to deliver professional customer service to members, guests, and program participants. This front-line role must uphold high personal standards and the organization’s Purpose and Values, delivering a welcoming, helpful experience.
You will handle memberships, registrations, payments, and inquiries, provide facility information, conduct tours, assist with events, and support emergency procedures while maintaining a clean, organized space.
