Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Route in Fredericksburg PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols and remain visible to help discourage security-related this driving post you will support daily operations through strong communication customer service and a caring team-oriented approach grounded in agility reliability innovation and integrity.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility including production warehouse parking and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and site activity to help support authorized entry follow visitor and/or delivery processes and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by completing assigned reports maintaining awareness of changing site conditions and following Allied Universal post orders and client-directed expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
