Warehouse Associate

Mechanical Comfort, Inc. is a leader in the commercial HVAC/R, Plumbing, and Sheetmetal industry and is seeking an Maintenance/Shop Associate.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be insurable, be organized, responsible, reliable, and self-motivated. All applicants will be subject to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work close with management and staff to complete daily tasks and project deliverables.
• Assist parts manager in maintaining inventory operations.
• Facilitate part/equipment pickup from vendors and technicians in the field.
• Support all team members in day to day tasks.
• Conduct maintenance on all types of equipment, tools, etc.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical ability and interest.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (customers and coworkers).
• Great attitude.
• A willingness to learn.

Daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Pay: $15.00-$22.00/hour based on experience
