Payroll Specialist

DNV is seeking a Payroll Specialist , you'll play an important role in our GSS HR payroll team, making sure payroll processes run smoothly and accurately across North America. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you review payroll records, spot inconsistencies, and confirm all transactions are completed correctly and on schedule. By verifying information carefully, you'll help prevent mistakes and keep our payroll operations reliable.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all payroll-related information.

This role is based at our DNV office in Houston, TX and operates under a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
