Job Overview A law firm seeks a Commercial Lending Associate in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, with a focus on real estate and/or commercial and industrial lending, and experience representing regional and national lenders in secured transactions. Responsibilities Represent lenders in secured transactions. Manage complex engagements within a team environment. Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Requirements J.D. degree and membership in the applicable state Bar. Three or more years of commercial lending experience. Strong academic credentials and analytical skills. Licensed to practice law in the applicable state. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Membership in the applicable state Bar. Skills Excellent research and writing skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
