Description Job Title: IT Desktop Support (MSP) Job Overview: The IT Desktop Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that end-users experience minimal disruptions and maintain productivity. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues. Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems. Provide timely and effective desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software. Work closely with IT team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Document and maintain accurate records of IT support issues and resolutions. Stay current on the latest IT trends and technologies to improve support services. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Deliver professional, courteous, and timely support to ensure high user satisfaction.
