Guideline Monitoring Analyst

Overview Boston based global investment management firm is actively looking for a Portfolio Guideline Monitoring Analyst to support investment teams in monitoring and maintaining adherence to client and regulatory guidelines. This role involves reviewing agreements, evaluating compliance requirements, and assisting with trade-related monitoring using internal systems. Responsibilities Review client agreements and ensure compliance with established guidelines Monitor investment activities and resolve exceptions using compliance systems Provide pre-trade and post-trade support to internal teams Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to maintain accurate compliance processes Qualifications Bachelors Degree in finance, business, or a related discipline preferred 3+ years of experience in compliance, investment operations, or a related field Familiarity with guideline monitoring systems (experience with Sentinel or similar tools preferred) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
