Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role Overview We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with hand therapy experience to provide skilled outpatient services in a multidisciplinary setting. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with various physical impairments, developing individualized treatment plans , and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include educating patients, delegating tasks to assistants and students , and completing accurate documentation . The position emphasizes patient-centered, 1:1 care and requires assessment, reassessment, and consultation for physical therapy services.
