The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and established nursing guidelines. Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and psychosocially appropriate care. Prioritize and perform nursing skills according to patient needs. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and respond appropriately to changing patient conditions. Delegate tasks and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation. Provide patient education and assist with discharge planning. Make appropriate and timely referrals as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, education, and mandatory in-services. Complete required documentation and variance reports accurately. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of RN experience. Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Valid Oklahoma RN License or Multistate/Compact RN License . Current BLS certification . NRP certification . Proof of instruction/passage of Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring . Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Detail-oriented with strong clinical documentation skills. Working knowledge of disease management, the biopsychosocial model, and clinical pathways. Preferred Qualifications Epic EMR experience preferred. Epic experience at Muskogee is preferred. Epic experience at South or Yale is a plus.
