MigWay is hiring an experienced Senior Dispatcher / Team Lead. This role is based onsite in Pineville, NC. Role Overview Lead a team of 6–7 dispatchers, drive performance, and oversee daily operations. We need a strong leader with deep spot market and load board experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop dispatchers Oversee spot market routing and maximize profitability Monitor operations and support real-time decisions Manage some trucks directly to stay close to the market Train new hires and review team performance Resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications 3+ years in spot market/load board dispatch (trucking) Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of freight markets and dispatch operations What We Offer Growth opportunities Join MigWay Ready to lead in a fast-paced, results-driven environment?
