Immigration Paralegal

We’re currently parting with immigration law firm specializes in providing high-quality, efficient legal services to individuals and corporate clients navigating U.S. immigration matters. With over 50 years of combined experience, it handles a wide range of cases, including work visas, permanent residency, asylum, deportation, and naturalization. The team operates from offices in several major U.S. cities, offering expert guidance for even the most complex immigration matters.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Cleveland, Ohio. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with case management. Daily responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, as well as organizing case files, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring timely submissions to courts. Accuracy, a proactive work ethic, and strong organizational skills are integral to this role.
Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or paralegal certification
• Experience with Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Immigration law is highly preferred
• Strong Legal Research skills and a thorough understanding of legal processes
• Proficiency in drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
• Proficiency in legal case management software and research tools.
