Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and guide them to the appropriate location.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
• Provide administrative support, including creating, scanning, organizing documents, and responding to emails.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• File and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas neat and organized.
• Stock the kitchen, load/unload the dishwasher.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in office administration, clerical, or similar roles, preferably within a professional services environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with various computer systems, including internet navigation and office equipment (multi-line phone systems, printer, scanner, copier). Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
