Cases: Crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics; mental health illness and substance use disorder; evaluations for level of risk for danger to self, danger to others, or gravely disabled 3. Certifications: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required; must have full licensure - an associate license will not suffice 4. License: WA LICSW required; full licensure only - associate license will not suffice 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7.
