Fish Window Cleaning is looking for full time LEAD High Rise window cleaner for our operation in Cedar Rapids .

We are looking for candidates that maintains positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary customer service. Management and leadership experience recommended. You should expect to lead by example, provide training and help maintain equipment upon acquiring the knowledge. We provide training pay, then pay is based on your performance.

Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am – 4pm

Pay: opportunity to make $24/hr or more based on performance post training. ($40k-$55k per year)

*training pay $18 - $20 based on experience

Other Qualifications:

·     Able to demonstrate importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions.

·     Valid driver’s license

·     Reliable transportation

·     Provide excellent customer service

·     Self-motivated and able to work alone

This is a general labor position and a perfect opportunity for anyone currently working as a construction worker, warehouse worker, laborer, window cleaner, high rise and trained on rope descent systems.
