About the Role:

Join Toby's Services Ltd as a Water Treatment Helper as a Helper / Driver, where you will support our technicians with daily service, installation, and maintenance work while safely transporting equipment and materials to job sites. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and interested in learning about water treatment systems.

Responsibilities

Assist technicians with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of water treatment equipment.

Safely drive company vehicles to and from customer locations and job sites.

Load, unload, and transport equipment, tools, water treatment products, and materials.

Help prepare job sites and keep work areas clean and organized.

Assist with basic equipment setup, removal, and replacement under the direction of experienced technicians.

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Follow all company safety procedures and instructions while working at customer locations.

Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and other team members.

Perform general warehouse and shop duties as needed.

Participate in on-the-job training and learn water treatment equipment and installation procedures.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to safely operate company vehicles.

Ability to lift and move equipment and materials and perform physically demanding work.

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and traveling between job sites.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn water treatment installation and service procedures.

Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge is a plus but not required.

Previous helper, delivery, construction, plumbing, or water treatment experience is preferred but not required.
