You'll ensure groceries are ordered and stocked across multiple refrigerators and freezers, produce is washed and prepped for easy family use, ingredients are chopped and ready for dinner preparation, and counters and surfaces are reset daily so the family can move through meals without stress. You'll manage laundry and keep high-traffic areas tidy so the home always feels welcoming. You'll maintain and improve the organizational systems already in place, tackle deeper projects like reorganizing kitchen cabinets, coordinate seasonal swaps, and handle the small but essential tasks like processing school papers, uploading calendar invitations, scanning receipts, and prepping outfits and backpacks for the children's activities.You're warm and approachable, but you also understand professional boundaries. You're comfortable working in a home where children may pop in with questions, where a puppy might need to be let outside, and where priorities can shift based on the day's demands.
